Say a person is working 20-hour weeks.  How does one interpret the “Available balance” under “Paid Vacation details”?  For example, if it says that person has a balance of 10 days, does that mean they can take off 10 calendar days or 20?

If they have 10 days as Available balance, then they can only take 10 days, is there an approval workflow setup?
If so then the approver will receive a notification if the employee is requesting more days then what they are eligible for.
