Hi

 

How do you go about making a complaint - I’ve been sent round and round in circles and cannot get help.  At this stage I need to talk to someone but the Company doesn’t seem to have real people

Personio’s support is available for all designated account owners of your company. If you are an account owner, please reach out via the in-app help section.

If you are no account owner, please reach out to the account owners of your company, they can help you out and either answer your question or forward it to the support team.

Thanks for replying.  

 

I am a designated account admin but I’m new to the Company and cannot get into the account - therefore cannot directly speak to anyone.  I have seen that there is a support mechanism once you’re in - I can’t get in and can’t get anyone to help me.  Can you?

I totally understand your struggle here, however there is a difference between admins and account owners. I would need you to reach out internally in your company to identify the account owner. They can either help you getting into your account or reach out to the support team 🙂

The problem here is that the previous HR manager I think was the owner.  She is no longer here

in this case, please submit a request here. We have a legal process to follow in case your account owner is no longer with your company 😊
