Dear Community,

I’m thrilled to announce that we are re-launching our Learn & Share area in the Voyager Community — it’s now called Personio Tips & Best Practices: a dedicated space where we can come together to share best practices, workarounds, tips & tricks for getting the most out of Personio. Think of it as a goldmine of collective knowledge, curated by us (my colleague @Daniele) and also - especially - by you, our amazing community members, for the benefit of everyone!

This is the place to:

  • Share your success stories: How have you used Personio to solve a problem or save time?
  • Discover or Share creative workflows: Learn how others are using features in innovative ways.
  • Get inspired: Find new ideas to make your HR processes smoother and more impactful.

Whether it's a clever workflow / automation, a report that has helped your team make better decisions, or a unique way to use a feature, or anything that has impressed your boss, your tips could be exactly what another member needs to unlock their full potential with Personio.

Why Share?

By sharing your best practices, you’re not just helping others—you’re also:

  • Building your personal brand: Showcase your expertise in the Voyager Community.
  • Inspiring others: Your ideas could spark a lightbulb moment for someone else.
  • Driving collaboration: Connect with like-minded peers who are tackling similar challenges.

Plus, to celebrate the re-launch, I’ll be rewarding all the contributors of the next month with a limited-edition badge, and offering some surprise rewards.

How to Share

You can either share your own best practice or, if you are rather looking for advice from others, request a best practice.

It’s super easy to contribute

  1. Click on Ask the Community and select “Personio Tips & Best Practices” under Category at the bottom.
  2. Start a discussion with your tip, workflow, or best practice
    1. If you have one: add a quick explanation of how it works and why it’s helpful. Screenshots or examples are always welcome!
    2. If you’re requesting one: add some info about context / use case / desired outcome so others will know what you’re after.

The Voyager Community is all about collaboration, and I know we can make this area something truly special. If you’ve got a tip to share, dive in today—and if you’re looking for inspiration, check out what others have posted.

Every contribution, big or small, is valuable. Let’s create a resource that helps everyone succeed! 🚀
