Dear Community,
After five unforgettable years at Personio, the time has come for me to open a new chapter in my life. Saying goodbye is incredibly hard, as this Community has been so much more than just a project – it has been a heartfelt passion of mine.
Together with my wonderful team, I had the privilege of launching the German Community in 2020 and building it with passion and dedication. A year later, we followed up by creating this wonderful English-speaking Community from the ground up. Over the past two years, I also had the honour of leading the Community team – a role that not only challenged me professionally, but also enriched me personally.

My heart is full of gratitude for all the wonderful encounters, conversations, and moments that have made my job so special.
