Hi Community,

At Personio, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we created the Customer Advisory Board (CAB)—an exclusive group of senior HR experts from across Europe who collaborate with us to shape the future of HR and Personio. 🚀

💡 What Is the Customer Advisory Board?

The CAB is a select group of HR leaders representing 14,000 Personio customers. Over 12 months, members provide valuable feedback, share industry insights, and collaborate with us to refine our strategic direction.

By working closely with CAB members, we gain an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities HR professionals face daily. This direct connection ensures we continue to innovate and build solutions that truly matter.

🔑 Key Takeaways from Our Latest CAB Meeting

In January 2025, we kicked off the latest CAB cycle with a series of in-depth discussions on:

🔎 Our product roadmap and strategic priorities,
✨ Personios new AI assistant and
💼 How CAB members use AI in their daily work.

Our workshops remain a space for collaboration and strategic input. Throughout the sessions, CAB members exchanged perspectives on emerging HR trends, shared best practices, and provided direct feedback on Personio’s product roadmap. These conversations help shape our decision-making and ensure our innovations align with the needs of HR professionals.
Beyond in-person meetings, CAB members stay engaged throughout the year, working closely with our leadership team to influence the future of HR tech.
