Dear Community,
some of you might already know: we’ve been working on an event format that brings us directly to your cities. We’re thrilled to introduce our new &Connect event series, bridging the gap between our vibrant online community and the offline world! 
The Goal of the Events
&Connect is the perfect opportunity for you to network with other HR professionals in your region and discuss current topics face-to-face—away from the screen.
In these cozy meetups with 15-30 community members, the focus is on personal connections. Together with local hosts, we’ll choose relaxed venues, such as a café—or even your office, if you have a nice spot to host!
What to Expect:
Main focus: Networking, exchanging ideas, and sharing experiences.
Each event will feature a topic introduced by the hosts.
Examples: Sharing learnings from projects, discussing current challenges, brainstorming ideas when someone needs input from peers, etc. (The focus won’t be on Personio topics.)
Time for personal conversations that we often don’t have enough of.

We aim to cover as many cities as possible, starting with the following locations:
- Cambridge
- London
- Dublin
- Madrid
- Utrecht
- Amsterdam

Who is &Connect for?
&Connect is open to all HR professionals and members of the Personio Community. Whether you’re an experienced HR leader or just starting out, everyone is welcome! Our focus is on fostering diversity and openness, helping you make new connections and gain valuable insights.
Everyone can become a Personio Voyager! You don’t need to use Personio software—just be registered in the community. That’s where we’ll share updates, photos, and organize the meetups 
️ How Often Will the Events Take Place?
We plan to host &Connect events 3-4 times a year in each city. This ensures enough time for meaningful discussions and fresh ideas without becoming routine, while the regular cadence helps you build strong connections over time.
How to Become a Host
To make these events successful in every city, we need hosts from the community. The role can rotate, and as a host, you’ll welcome participants, introduce the day’s topics, and help wrap up the meetups. You’ll also serve as our on-site contact.
