Some employees don’t go by their first full name at work, so I think would be helpful to have an additional field for the Public Profile for a nickname or public name.
This might be helpful to other colleagues who know this colleague only by their nickname or public name.

How do you solve this at the moment?
If you create a custom attribute for their Nickname - would that be a solution for you? If not, why?
