Hi - some of our documents (eg. employment contract) require a witness signature of the employer / employee. This witness would not be a user in Personio - is there a way to send a document for signature to this person?

Unfortunately this is not currently possible, as each signatory that is requested on a document must have a Personio profile. Therefore to include this person in your signature process, you would need to create a profile for them.
You can of course pass this feedback onto our Product Team via our Ideation Area for consideration in future improvements.

I’d like to upvote this if possible as well - we also require a witness for majority of our external facing letters and the preference is someone not inside the company to witness this.
