Is there a way to automatically send out reminders to employee’s who have not completed an onboarding step? Specifically who have not filled in their data like IBAN?

Hi @jan_wagener, @HRfan and @Skeku,

Automatic email reminders are sent by Personio to employees with open Onboarding steps that need to be completed.

Seven days before the deadline, Personio sends the first notification email to all employees responsible to complete the respective onboarding step, and creates a relevant to-do in their Inbox. Another email reminder is sent by Personio two days before the deadline expires. If any onboarding to-dos become overdue, the responsible employees receive daily email reminders.
