We try to deactivate the user that has originally signed the DPA Agreement… how to?

I hope you are having a good day! I’d like to have more information in order to understand better your question:
- Are you referring to the DPA allocated in Settings > Subscription and Billing > Data Protection Information?
- Have you already tried to deactivate the employee? If yes, do you get any warning message or error message? It’d be great if you could send an screenshot in case you get anything, please cover the sensitive data as we are in the Community and it is a public space.
- Would you like the DPA to be signed by another employee?
This information will help me understand better your situation and think about the way this can be done
