Hi there,
We have a question about deleting a document that is imported by the DATEV integration. Even with administrator rights, it is not possible to delete this document.
We have manually uploaded the document on the top and we can delete this document (the delete button is in red).
The other documents have been imported via the DATEV integration, and with these documents the delete button is black and not clickable.
I hope you could help us.

it is currently not possible to delete single documents that were distributed via the DATEV integration.
You can Undo document retrieval/distribution for the respective month for all employees via Preliminary payroll (see screenshot).
If the document should be deleted because it was distributed into the incorrect Employee profile, I recommend adapting the attribute “DATEV personnel number” to the correct value in the Employee history > Detail view.
If a document category should be excluded, it can only be excluded for all employees.
