We would like to give some discount on the Deutschlandticket for our employees (20€). For this we need a way to set a flag in Personio-Profile which signals our bookkeeping, that this person has the Deutschlandticket and gets the discount via salary. For this, we will need a way for employees to upload a proof document each month into Personio and for us to set a flag in each profile. Could you help me with this?

You could use our workflow builder for that.
I would create a workflow that triggers once every month and notifies every employee via email to upload a proof for their Deutschlandticket (you could call it Deutschlandticket for example) into a specific document category of their employee profile. Additionally, a second workflow could be created that triggers as soon as a document was uploaded into the given document category and then automatically creates and assigns a task to the people responsible for adding the subsidy to your employee’s payroll.
