Hey all,

I marked the post as a question but this topic may also be debatable depending on the answers. So the company I work for has automated contracts for new employees, wanting to use the E-Signature feature. But the employees cannot sign the contract digitally with or without the account. They have to be integrated into the system for them to be able to even sign anything digitally. Are there any ways around this problem or maybe even a solution?

Just to confirm, are you using the templates in Personio for the automated contracts? If so, you would need to set them up in the system beforehand to enable the template to be used. You are able to send documents whilst a person is in ‘onboarding’ status, you would just need their account to be set up with their personal email at the time of sending the contract so they get the email notification to sign. 

 

If it is not using the Personio templates, I am unsure if I can help.
