I would like to upload a generic employee handbook and have this visible to all employees
Currently, i know i can go into each employee files and then into their documents and upload. Is there a way that i can simply upload and then share with all active employees so they can then access it in their own profiles?

We have the option to perform a multi-upload of employee documents so that several documents get uploaded at once to Personio and automatically assigned to the corresponding Employee profiles. To do that, you have to remane the documents in one of the followings formats:
Then, you have to navigate to Imports > Employee Documents (Multiupload) and upload all documents and click on Next. After the import, the uploaded documents can be viewed in the employee profile under the Documents tab and their respective category.
