Hi all,

I’ve got three questions.

When sending out documents for other people to sign I’d like to get notified when everyone who’s required to sign has signed, preferably over email.

Also when deciding on the order of who signs first is there a feature where you can allow two people to sign at the same time and then the third person only gets the document after both have signed. I know you can choose a A then B then C but is there a way for the order to be A and B then C? 

Last but not least is there a way to configure how the documents are automatically named when you create them with the Personio Document template tool?

Hi @vanila,

You can now create a trigger to notify yourself or other employees about changes in a signature's status by using a Custom workflow. To do this, go to Automations > Workflows > Create workflow and select An employee’s document signature status is updated

For your other two points, currently, you would have to manually choose the order and name of the documents. However, I would encourage you to post your suggestions of improvement in our Ideation Area. This way, other users will be able to vote for it, and the suggestion will be shared with our Product Team.

In order for us to fully understand your idea, I share with you a couple of questions that your description should clarify when posting in the Ideation Area:

  • What would you like to achieve with Personio? What issue do you need to solve?

  • Why? What would be the added value for you?

  • How are you solving it right now?

The more details, the better! However, remember not to share any personal or business data with the public.
