I’ve got three questions.
When sending out documents for other people to sign I’d like to get notified when everyone who’s required to sign has signed, preferably over email.
Also when deciding on the order of who signs first is there a feature where you can allow two people to sign at the same time and then the third person only gets the document after both have signed. I know you can choose a A then B then C but is there a way for the order to be A and B then C?
Last but not least is there a way to configure how the documents are automatically named when you create them with the Personio Document template tool?
