I wanted to quickly share the answer to this question:
To request signatures for documents, the requesting employee must have the necessary access rights.
You can allocate these forĀ Employee documentsĀ via theĀ Employee roles. At minimum, viewing rights for theĀ Public profileĀ and editing rights for the correspondingĀ Document categoryĀ withinĀ DocumentsĀ are required.Ā
You can define which access rights are required to request signaturesĀ during the offer processĀ by using theĀ Recruiting roles: At minimum, viewing rights forĀ ApplicationsĀ and editing rights forĀ OffersĀ are required.
