Dear all, 

 

We would like to set up a recurrent reminder for all employees (every month) to check their personnel information (bank details, address, etc.) in relation to payroll preparation. So far, we don’t know how to implement this - in the section reminders, there is a limited list of triggers which does not include our specific case. How can we implement this specific reminder?

thanks for sharing your question with the community.

Unfortunately, as you already say, there is no specific trigger for such events. In addition, the frequency of reminders can only be set to yearly.

In this case, I would recommend sharing your suggestion as an idea in the ideation area of the Community, so it gets visible to our Product Team.
