I am seeking for help to to update existing employee profiles by uploading an import.
In our existing employee profiles, we added 3 attributes to one section. We prepared an import excel which included:
- respective email addresses of the employee profiles we wanted to update
- The 3 attributes and the intended information (YES/NO) and one was a date
We checked that the import file is correct, meaning that we used the correct format for dates and the email address that match with the one’s saved in Personio.
When importing the upload, we selected the option ‘Employee’.
We then received the error message, saying that we do not have enough available licences to import this data. Our intention is to import data to existing employee profiles, however, the import would apparently create new employee profiles.
Therefore, my question is: Is there a way to import data to existing profiles?
