Hi all,
I want to move our contract creation, sending and signing to Personio. However, I am not able to add a placeholder in the footer section of our contract template. I want to ask the future employee to leave their intials on every page, in the footer. Has anybody done that and how?

I ended up using nothing in the footers.

I would probably type in the footer “employee - initials” and then next to them put @@Employee@@
I assume the candidate / new employee would have to put a signature/initials on every page

Yeah, the problem is actually that I get an error when trying to send the contract for a signature - if I add @@Employee@@ in the footer notes.

Have you tried to put that just next to the footer then?
maybe the system doesn’t recognise footers?
