Hi everyone,

We have many employees missing emergency contact details in their profiles, and manual follow-up is becoming time-consuming.

  1. Can we make the emergency contact field mandatory for all employees?

  2. How to handle existing employees who haven't added this information yet?

We've tried manual HR reminders and checked profile settings but need a more systematic approach.

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to mark attributes as mandatory.  But let's see if other users share how they handle that cases :)

I’m afraid this is currently not possible. I’d love to have that possibility as well 🙃

On an other note though, I would recommend adding those attributes to the employee onboarding list and mark them as required so new employees have to fill them out when they join. 😊
