Hi,
We are setting up the contracts on Personio. Now we have multiple people who need to sign the contracts next to the employee. We could now only find a way to do it by putting them in the contract separately, the downside is that they will receive sign request after the other one signs. We would like them to sign it at the same time. Is this possible?

Currently on Personio signatures can only be moved on from one signatory to another once the previous has signed the document. There is no way that would allow for simultaneous signature requests to happen unfortunately. I would kindly ask that you submit this feedback to our Ideation Area to give visibility to our Product Team.
