Quick thing (I hope) but hopefully not just me.
I’m trying to get all our team using Personio and having full profiles of details, including Passport information. I’m encountering some trouble with the country of issue that there are multiple people from our organisation from the same country but Personio will only allow one company passport to be issued by e.g. “United Kingdom”.
Is this normal and any advice?

Thanks for getting back to me.
Turns out it was a setting that had been pre-set by the CEO to have all employee detail read as “unique”, which is helpful for passport numbers which would be unique but fails in Issuing Country as many will be issued by the same country.
Matter now resolved internally but thanks for the response,

If this is not the case, the attribute you are referring to must be a customized one. This means that you should be able to add an extra option or Attribute under Settings > People > Employee information.
