Problem - Personio is not accepting changes

Hello,

I’ve tried to make some updates on Employee profiles, but those are not registered after pressing Refresh button. I’m going through Edit- inserting change - submit. At first the change is visible on the profile, but after refreshing the page, there new data is gone. 

Also in the history tab - detailed view, I tried to change the date of validation of the change, and although I'm setting the date for ex. August 1st 2021, after submitting, the change is dated as of the the hire date of the employee.

Please let me know what seems to be the problem.

Hi @Bojana,

currently, there is no comparable issue known.

Have you already tried using Personio with another Browser or using the private/incognito function of your current browser?

Also, it would be worth a try to delete all cache and cookies of your browser to check that that’s not the issue.

Please let me know if that solved the issue.
