I am looking for a bit of guidance when reducing working hours from full time to part time. I have already reduced the hours for the employee in the general information field. But my question is:- is there a valid from date for the change?
I can see entry date but I don’t want to change entry date (assuming this is commencement of employment date?) but I do want to register the valid from date for the amendment of contract.
I think I must be missing something really obvious! 😊
Thank you for your community question! In case you would like to change the Work Schedule from an employee from full time to parttime, you can do this by going to the profile of the relevant employee > Attendance > Work hours & schedule > Change Schedule > there you can chose Effective date.
