Hi everyone,
I've noticed something odd in our workflow and wanted to ask if others have experienced the same:

When a manager (in our case, me and a colleague) rejects an employee's recorded working hours and adds a comment in Personio, the employee seems unable to see the comment. They only see that the time entry was rejected – but not the reason or the comment left by the manager.

Additionally, it looks like the comment isn't saved anywhere visible for future reference – neither for the manager nor for the employee.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this expected behavior or is there a setting we might be missing?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @MRoth !

Thank you for this question. Just tagging @SabbuSchreiber and @LegoMD in case they have any thoughts/ insight to add.

Hi @Moe, @MRoth

Up to now we have worked with automated approvals for the time entries and I don’t have any suggestions for this. However, I am looking into a workflow that out of policy entries need to be approved by the supervisor and this discussion will be helpful. :-)

I agree with @MRoth that the employee should be able to view the rejection comment somehow.
