Retroactive employee attribute changes in Bulk

We are wanting to change application/effective dates of employee attributes in bulk. For example, reflect all previous job titles and the accurate date of change.

 

We know that “retroactive changes can be corrected via the Detail view of the employee history by editing the column New value and setting the actual date of the attribute adjustment” and that historical data entries can be added via ‘Actions’ via the Detail view - however, we have numerous attributes to correct across employees in order to pull accurate historical reports.

 

Is there a way to amend dates and add historical data in bulk instead of manually changing it 1 by 1?

Welcome to the Personio Community, we are thrilled to see you here 🎊 🥳. I am happy to support you with this inquiry. 

On the moment, it is not possible to modify data in the History Tab of profiles in bulk and this is a task that needs to be undertaken in each profile. I can definitely understand why it would be helpful to be able to undertake this task for several profiles simultaneously. This is why I would like to encourage you to please post this suggestion of improvement in our ideation area. This way, other users will be able to vote for it, and the suggestion will be shared with our product team. 

In order for us to fully understand your idea, I share with you a couple of questions that your description should clarify when posting in the ideation area: 

  • What would you like to achieve with Personio?  What issue do you need to solve?

  • Why? What would be the added value for you? 

  • How are you solving it right now? 

The more details, the better! However, remember not to share any personal or business data with the public. If we ever need more data from you, we will contact you by mail or by direct message in the community platform.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any workaround for this topic. Thank you very much for sharing the idea here and for voting for it! This way we can inform you if the functionality is on our roadmap or will be implemented. This is not the case at the moment.
