Does anyone know if there is a way how to set up a signer in the document that is fixed and you do not need to choose a person from a dropdown list once asking for signature? We want to use a template for salary change contract annex. It needs to be always signed by the same person on company behalf. Is there a way to set a signing placeholder for a person who is always the same?

As mentioned in our helpcenter article on how to Request employee signatures on documents, you must assign signatories manually to the signature placeholders. This is not done automatically by naming (adding designations to) the placeholders.
Therefore this is not possible at the moment, so I would kindly ask that you submit this feedback to our Product Team by posting it into the Ideation Area.
