Dear all, is there a way of sending a document to all employees (without requesting them to sign etc) ?

Hi @MA1,

You have the option the upload a Document in the profile of the employee and notify by email the employee that a document has been added to their profile.

This you can do by going to Automations > Create Workflow > Start from scratch > Event in Personio > A document is uploaded > Select here a Category > Add:
 

 Add step > Send an email > fill in the required fields > Add > Activate.
