I don’t know if there is a possibility to create an attribute with an specific format.

For example, the Social Security number has this format 28/0000000/1.

This is a mandatory field for each employee, but each one write it in a different way (2800000001, 28-0000000-1 and also 28 0000000 1).

I would like to have this field with only one format to write, in order to have the same data when I download an employee report: only numbers but without dots, like this 2800000001.

I’m not able to find any article related to this topic.

At the moment, there is no possibility to set customized attribute types in Personio. You will find an explanation of the attribute types which are available in this help center article.
