Understanding automated switching from Onboarding status to Active status
When does an employee switch from being in status “Onboarding” to status “Active”?
Is this based on information being input by the employee (e.g. we ask them to put in their bank information themselves into Personio).
Is it based on time (2 weeks after start date they are switched)?
Is this configurable?

Hi @Johan,
An employee’s Status will change from Onboarding to Active on their Hire date. When you create a new employee profile by moving a candidate profile to Hired or by clicking Add employee in the Employee list, you enter their Hire date. On this date, their Personio profile will switch to Active.
You can also manually update an employee’s Status at any time by clicking Edit in the Personal info section of their profile and setting an Effective date for the new Status.

@International Support Team Another Question with regard to that:
At what exact time during the 1st day will the employee become active?
And is this time then UTC or UTC +2 (during German summertime).
We are using Personio as source for our integration towards Salesforce and want to bulk update using the list employees endpoint - however I get the employees consistently one day later when running my sync at 4 am (Berline Timezone)
