Currently, you are unable to change the view based on the attribute, only the section it is in. 

In this case you would likely need to separate the section into 2 smaller sections based on what you want each subcompany to be able to view.

It is exactly as @People Person explained, currently it is only possible to grant access to the Sections and not Attributes. You can always organise the Attributes per Sections dedicated to the specific Subcompanies. You can also play around with the Attributes you already have, if you need them for the created Subcompanies by draging them to other Sections using the dots next to the name. For that, you have to navigate to Settings > People > Employee information.
