We have created subcompanies and we want to make custom attributes visible to certain employees based on subcompany they belong to. I found how to make a section visible based on subcompany but cannot find how to make certain custom attributes of this section visible to certain employees.

Currently, you are unable to change the view based on the attribute, only the section it is in.
In this case you would likely need to separate the section into 2 smaller sections based on what you want each subcompany to be able to view.
