Hi,

We have been struggling to create our Signature documents in which our Director signes a contract and an employee. Now only 1 person can sign.

Our Subscription is:

  • Productivity Plus
  • Unlimited signatures for your contract

Help us out please :)

Hey @Annemieke

If you require multiple signatures on one document, then you will need to place multiple signature placeholders. This allows the system to read the document and figure out how many signatures are to be put through.

I would advise reading through our guide on how to request signatures from multiple parties. Additionally, to help you out here is our guide on how to Create a Document Template with Signature Placeholders.

Just one note on this, our signatures work in a step by step process. So until the first signatory signs the document, the request for the signature for the second signatory will not be received. However, when the first person signs the document, the notification will then be sent to the second signatory.

If you require any further assistance, please let me know.

Best regards,

Conor
