Adding new employees

Hi! We want our teamleaders to be able to add new employees (or actually only external consultants and freelancers) to Personio? How can we create such a role with this kind of right?

Hi @Uje2024,

To be able to Add new Employee, they will need to have, at least, access to the Public profile and to the Add new employee section, then you can decide if they should be able to assign roles to the employees or not. I’m afraid that when you grant the Edit rights to Add new Employee, you will grant the access to create all kind of Employment type.
