Why my employees can accept their own holidays? How can I change it?

Hey @naima_alcantara 

There are usually two reasons why this is happening:

  • You have given edit rights to the Absence meaning that employees can use the skip approval option when requesting this.
  • Alternatively it may be because you have not set a default approval process for the absence type. 

Please check on these two areas and if the problem still persists, let me know of more details and I can investigate further.
