Hey Community I have a question:
How can I setup an approval workflow for a specific field in the Public Section?
Meaning I have a field called Hiring Manager and I want a specific employee role group to approve changes in this specific field only, not in the entire Public Section.
is this possible? I am not able to set that out in the Approvals - Employee Data section…

At the moment, for employee data changes we cannot specify exact sections or attributes to set up an approval process for. Instead they all fall under the umbrella of employee data changes. However, I am in total agreement that it would be a great addition to Personio, to be able to set up rules for certain sections or attributes to be approved. I can see that another user has highlighted this idea already within our Ideation Area, so I would kindly ask that you upvote and comment on this to give further visibility.
