We invite you to join us for a relaxed get-together for two hours of great conversation in a small group.
What’s the goal?
Real talk, fresh ideas, and valuable connections right in your area.
What makes it special?
Each event is put together with the help of awesome community members as hosts, and the topics are always relevant, from project takeaways and current challenges to open brainstorming sessions.
For Participants – How to Join In:
- Check out events: You’ll find all upcoming dates under the Events tab.
- Stay in the loop: Join your local city group so you never miss an update.
- Sign up easily: It’s free to join, plus we’ll cover snacks and drinks.
- Bring colleagues: Even if they’re not fellow Personio customers, everyone’s welcome! They just need to register in the community.
We’re aiming for 3-5 events per city each year. So, there will be plenty of chances for deep dives, building trust, and sparking new ideas! ✨

What’s &Connect all about?
&Connect is a local event series for HR professionals in the Voyager community. It’s all about sharing knowledge, swapping best practices, making new connections, and diving into the latest HR topics together.
Who can join the events?
Anyone in the Voyager community is welcome — you don’t have to be a Personio customer. If you’re interested in HR and want to get involved, we’d love to have you!
How long does an &Connect event last?
Usually about 2 hours.
Is there a participation fee?
Nope! &Connect events are totally free, thanks to Personio supporting the HR community.
What does a host do?
Hosts greet everyone, introduce their topic, guide the discussion, take a few photos, and help spread the word. We’ll give you talking points and a checklist, so everything goes smoothly.
How do you handle privacy and photo consent?
When guests sign up, they agree to being photographed, but they can let the host know if they’d rather not be in any pictures. Photos are just for community recap posts or internal use.
Can I join online?
&Connect is all about meeting face-to-face, so it’s offline only. For info on webinars or online events, check out our event page in the community.
What happens after the event?
We’ll share a recap post in the community group, with a quick summary and some photos from the event.
How can I give feedback?
You’ll get a feedback form after the event, or you can reach out to us directly. Your feedback helps us make future events even better!
How often do &Connect meetups happen?
We aim for 3–4 events per city each year.
