I’ve seen some chatter in the news lately and I wondered what our community of HR pros thought. 

In the UK, the Labour government has been working on strengthening workers’ rights. However, businesses are starting to reveal that these new strengthened rights are going to decrease how much they hire

It’s an age-old set of questions and they seem to come up a lot: is a focus on workers’ rights bad for business? Does strengthening worker protections mean less companies hiring?
