Moreover, that same study shows 75% are lacking confidence in their ability to use this technology.

What this might mean for your organisation is a change in mindset when it comes to use of AI. For example, rather than simply ‘mandating’ that AI be used by employees, it may be beneficial to think of a more collaborative approach.
