How can I customise the message posted from Personio into Slack Channel for work anniversary and birthdays, so i can create something more in line with the company tone.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to customize the message connected to the Slack update. The birthday and work anniversary messages will look like this 
in any Slack account connected to Personio.
However, you’ve brought up a really good point here. 
Start a discussion on this in our Ideation area, so that other users can vote on your idea if they think it’s a worthwhile feature to bring in!
