Google Workspace Directory Sync / General Integration Monitoring

I’m stuck trying to troubleshoot the Directory sync integration, and the the logs/monitoring feature provides no real insight of succesful sync. The monitoring section simply says “Success” and under the “Message” section: “Update usecase completed successful” 

Although this seems to be incorrect since the attribute sync is not updating. 

 

I would also be interested to know if the integration handles custom attributes that are created within google workspace. I can see any type of synchronisation of available attributes before listing them, so I assume not?

the Google Workspace Directory integration does currently not support custom Google attributes, it only fetches the system attributes. If you experience issues with the sync of attributes, please reach out to our customer support team, via the in-app help-section, as we would need to take a look into the account then 🙂

Please feel free to submit any feature requests directly to our product management, this is also possible via the in-app help-section.

Would really like to have more detail in the logs as well as the option to dry run this integration as there are large implications if not done correctly. This is possible in other HRIS tools (such as Humaans).
