Hello,

I would like to know how to disable or remove the automatic notification that is sent to managers when an employee’s probation period is about to end.

Currently, there is an automatic message that I’m unable to delete. I have checked both, Workflows and Employee Roles sections, but I couldn’t find where it is set up. I want to create a new one instead.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Best regards,

Blanca

Hi - it could be something in the Supervisors’ ‘Personal Settings’?

Looking at my own account, in Personal Settings > Reminders, I have reminders set up to alert all employees with an HR role to all sorts of things, including end of probation:

Actually - looking again, the reminders above are from the Employee Role, so I may not have been very helpful there…!

Hi @Blanca Vilar Pemán ! Has @HRJoy ‘s answer been helpful to you? If so, go ahead and select it as the Best Answer so that your fellow community members can find it! If not, leave a comment with perhaps some additional context 😄

Just coming back to this question @Blanca Vilar Pemán  - can I check that you have looked in the ‘Reminders’ tab in the relevant Employee Role, to make sure that the people in that Role don’t have an end of probation reminder set up in there?

We have the following reminders for everyone in our Supervisor Employee Role:
