How to show vacations in Personio automatically on Outlook

Best answer by Steve

Hi @Joe,

To check and grant Access rights to the calendar, you will need to follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings > People > Employee roles.
  • Click on the relevant employee role under Employee Roles and navigate to the Calendars tab.
  • Define the access to the Company Calendar and also to the different absence types.
  • Click Apply changes.

I hope this is helpful. 😀

Best,

Steve

Hi @Joe,

You can integrate Personio with your company calendar. Personio supports integration with Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 365 and Google. Here you will find a guide on how to do so:

Integration ensures that absences recorded in Personio are automatically transferred to your employees' personal calendars! You will find even more detailed information on this in our Help Center article:

I hope this information is useful and that you have a great day! 😀

Best,

Steve

Hi Steve, thank you for your help.

We have already integrated it ,but still doesn’t show on the users company wide Outlook.

Is this somehow permission related?Something needs to be done within Personio panel?
