Is this the correct way this function is meant to work? Are we able to change to 7 days a week for birthdays and anniversaries?

This is normal behaviour and unfortunately a limitation with MS Teams, as if an event falls on a weekend it will not be transmitted. We are currently working on a solution to this, but I could not give you a timeline. I would kindly ask that you post into our Ideation Area to give further visibility, as I was unable to locate any previous posts on this within there.
