I’m trying to set up an integration between Personio and Microsoft Entra ID.
We use different UPN schema for internal & external employees and also for different domains.
How can we manage the integration with multiple UPN schemas?

You will find a guide on how to set up the Microsoft Entra ID integration with Personio in this Help Center article: Microsoft Entra ID
Please note that it is only possible to set up one UPN schema for the account, so if you use different domains, you would need to adjust those manually in Entra ID.
