Notifications about Signatures

Is it still not possible to get notified as the sender of documents? I am a People Manager and I regularly send out contracts and other agreements for signatures. I don’t get notified when they are signed, nor when they are declined. Especially when its declined, this is a problem as I don’t see the note as to why it is declined, only the people who signed it do. 

Is there a function for this?

Unfortunately only the employees that are assigned to sign the document get an email notification. You do have the possibility to see if the document is pending on signature when going to the profile of the relevant employee > Documents > relevant document:

 

I’ve looked for similar ideas in our ideation area , but couldn’t find one yet.
