Our HR departments frequently gets questions on how to access your old payslips after you have left the company. We have a separate vendor for payroll so they don’t need their company email to log in, and we would like to inform them after they have left that they still have access to their old payslip and where/how the retrieve them. Therefor we would like to set up an offboarding step/automation where an email is sent to their private account. We have not been able to find a solution for this as the only option is to choose the employee and their default email adress is the company provided one. Any solutions or ideas on how to do this? 😊
