Hi,

does anyone know if it is possible to use office 365 forms in the onboarding process?

if yes is the a manpage for this?

Hi @Bjorn,

Thanks for your response!

Ok, I think in this case you can simply add a link to this form to the first step of the onboarding. Please ensure that this link can be accessed several times, as it will be the same for all onboardings of that template. It would also be necessary to add a question asking for the name in the form.

Does this already help?

Hello @Bjorn,

nice that you’re reaching out to the community!

Could you please explain your question a bit more in detail, so everyone can understand what exactly you want to do?

Do you want to add general MS Forms to a fixed onboarding process that is the same for multiple employees, or are you thinking of an individual questions?

I am looking forward to your answer

Best,
Marc

In this specific case we want to use a form that guides managers thtough the onboarding process with regard to accounts needed, hardware needed, access passess needed. Mostly yes/no questions (radio buttons with default no) and some open answers. (i.e. which groups must the employee be member of)

regards,

Bjorn
