Hello Voyager Community,

I want to connect Personio with Greenhouse.
Use case: 
When a new employee is hired in greenhouse, I want it to automatically create a new employee in Personio and the employee data to be transferred from Greenhouse to the Personio employee profile. I’ve tried the set up of the webhook as they recommened, however, it does not work. 

My webhook logs in Greenhouse show that the request has been delivered successfully, but no new employee has been created in Personio. 
If anyone has the answer to this, please let me know!

Have you looked into the Marketplace ? It seems that there is a built-in integration between Personio and Greenhouse that exists. 

Does it fit your needs ? 
It is developed and maintained by Personio. 

 

Otherwise, if you are creating a webhook using Greenhouse API’s, you need to enter the redirection URL of Personio’s API to create an employee : 

https://developer.personio.de/reference/post_v2-persons 

 

Careful to be authenticated when doing so.

Hi Nathan, yes I used the integration from Personio marketplace and it was not working unfortunately. I’ve contacted support now.

Hello, I have tried the link sent over by Nathan, but unfortunately that did not solve the issue. I have gotten in touch with support from Greenhouse and Personio to see what the issue is. Once it is resolved, I will post it here. Thankyou!
