Once again, Thank You so much for all the input you gave us during Integrations Month this February! The entire Integrations team at Personio is very grateful to you for all the input for planning our roadmap.

I'd like to touch a bit on a few of the points mentioned. Unfortunately I cannot address everything, as it would go beyond the scope of a post. So if you have any questions beyond that, feel free to let me know.

What are the major feedback points?

  • There is a high need for more integrations to make certain workflows even easier, like automated ticket creation.
  • Tray.io is a blocker for some of you.
  • Additional API endpoints are in high demand.
  • The API should be developed further in general, however, data security is still a high priority for you.
  • The technical documentation should be extended.

What will we additionally implement?

  • We are working on our own integration platform as well as an extension of the functions of our API, so that integrations are managed 100% by us.
  • In 2022, we will be working on additional API endpoints, such as those for Custom Reports.
  • We are working on an API 2.0 and while the details are not yet concretely defined, we are working on a new architecture. We are focused on not only making the API simpler, more predictable to work, but also makes the API extensible to let us deliver more endpoints faster.
  • The Marketplace will be redesigned to provide you with the relevant features more clearly.

As you can see, we have a lot of work ahead of us and are working hard to provide you with even more data. We look forward to further exchange with you 🌷
