Hey Team,
we are currently reworking the personio integration and facing troubles with timing. Our integration to AAD is created, and has created users already - but not all of the test accounts were created. Is there any “undocumented” secret?
Also im wondering: how often / Whats the time interval for personio to sync to AAD?

🥳. I am happy to support you with your inquiry.
Currently, User Provisioning only happens to employee profiles that are Active, Onboarding and in Leave status. Employee profiles with an Inactive status will not be transferred to Azure. Could you check to see if the test accounts were in an Inactive status and if not let me know and I can investigate further.
The current sync time is 30 minutes as outlined in the helpcenter article on Azure AD.
